IBAC Travel Ltd. is the pioneer Tour Operator in Switzerland offering its services to the Muslim brothers and sisters who travel to the holy sites in Makkah and Madinah to perform their pilgrims' rites.

Dr. Kamal Hamdy, who realized that the Muslim community in Switzerland was in need of a professional Tour Operator to provide such services, established IBAC TRAVEL in 1984. He devoted himself to organ-ize and facilitate, in collaboration with the big Tour Operators in Saudi Arabia, the required services for Muslims travelling from Switzerland as well as along the border areas of France, Germany and Austria.

IBAC Travel Ltd. offers the Muslim community in Switzerland the Umra and Hajj programs that will suit every Muslim budget. Hotel accommodations are offered in three, four and five stars hotels in both Makkah and Madinah.

Our main objective, to which we always strive, is to provide maximum services to our clients during their holy visit. This allows them to concentrate on worshiping and performing their necessary rituals, while we undertake the task of lodging, transportation and comfort.

Our packages for Umra and Hajj include a set of initial services:

• Providing roundtrip Air tickets from Zürich, Geneva or Basel To Jeddah or Medina.
• Taking necessary steps towards obtaining the required entry visa for those who are travelling for Hajj or Umra.
• Meet & Assist at arrival airports; Jeddah or Medina. Very special care is given to the elderly and sick people.
• Air-conditioned transportation.
• Care and guidance by experienced & professional guides stationed in Saudi Arabia.
• Lodging in four or five stars hotels facing the sacred Harams in both Makkah and Madinah and in three stars hotels at a distance of not more than 250 m from both sacred Harams.
• Visits to the holy places "Mazarats" in both Madinah and Makkah.
• Educational programs supported by video-films before leaving Switzerland and throughout the trip.

Built on the sight where Prophet Mohammed Ascended into heaven on his famous night journey.   "Al-Aqsa Mosque": Located next to the "Dome of the Rock" is the third shrine to Muslims after "Al-Kaaba " in Makkah and the "Mosque of the Prophet Mohamed" in Madina. It marks the spot where the Prophet Mohamed traveled from Mecca to Jerusalem on a journey the Koran describes as the furthest.
